Through a reddit user account named “Bouba971” he posted that EA had collaborated with hackers to break into his Origin account.
The story begins when a hacker who already has an account belonging to Bouba971 wants to reset the account, the hacker then contacts EA’s Customer Service named Bhupendra Kumar and claims to be Bouba971
Then the EA Customer Service asked the Recovery question to make sure the ownership of the account was Bouba971, but the Customer Service instead sent a confirmation code to the hacker’s e-mail because this hacker managed to trick the innocent looking Customer Service into sending the code to the origin account that was successful. hacked by twirling questions.
