Origin of PUBG Mobile Lite
PUBG Mobile and its various iterations (such as Game of Peace and PUBG Mobile Lite) can be traced back to China. As PUBG PC becomes one of the most popular games worldwide, the China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association announced that it would ban battle royale-based games as this goes against their values.
Sometime later, after much negotiation, PUBG Corporation – with Tencent as the publisher – reached a mutual agreement with the authorities to release the game in China, albeit only after making some changes.

This game was released in several countries on July 25, 2019. PUBG Mobile was developed by Lightspeed & Quantum, an internal division of Tencent Gaming.

What’s different about the complete version of PUBG Mobile?
Some changes have to be made in the game to make it suitable for low spec phones. The aim assist feature was improved to help players, while the map size was reduced and there were only 60 players per match, and there were also a few other minor changes.
Actually, PUBG Mobile Lite entered the market a month after the launch of the PUBG PC Lite BETA version.
