This December, the Switch Arrival Heart and Slash

Nintendo Switch continues to collect big hits for Christmas and New Year. Located in Madrid, Spain, game developer aheartfulofgames is pleased to announce the release of Heart and Slash for Nintendo Switch on December 22, 2017.

This indie game is available on the Nintendo Shop in a digital version which includes the same features as those embedded in the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions. Along with the release of the Nintendo Switch version of this game, the Steam version of Heart and Slash has also been updated. Game updates include Kickstarter’s final destination, Endless Dungeon Mode.

In this console game, you will become a robot that doesn’t function properly and struggles to maintain its identity against standardization policies. On the way, he meets Slash, a veteran of the dystopian world where the Heart & Slash games take place.

You’ll have to try and get Slash’s attention, but how to do it will depend on the player. For every challenge or every opportunity to impress Slash, you will be presented with several opportunities that will determine the relationship between them and how the story will end.

In this console game you will be faced with choosing your independence, choosing to leave in exchange for being loved, finding a balance between the two that allows relationships to develop.

Heart & Slash has 71 missions, 135 equipment, 6 characters to choose from and 93 different enemies This game has roguelike mechanics, such as random items and enemies. Every match in this game will be a new adventure!

There are 75 different weapons and 60 different robot body parts that will change the way the game goes.
Teleport, stop time, fly with a backpack, jump on walls, find enemy weaknesses. You can try thousands of different combinations to achieve your goal, from almost insignificant details to replaying parts of the story to try to change the outcome.
If you die, try again from the beginning. As with any good roguelike, every time you start a new game, the battle level and the items or weapons you collect will change. In this way, the game will not be the same as the previous one, which makes Heart & Slash not an easy game.
There is a unique artistic and visual style in this game which will take you back to the classic game.
This game offers a fast-paced and very dynamic gameplay system, there is almost no time to catch your breath, thanks to its intense levels.

The longer you last, the stronger your enemies will be. Enemies will also change their weapons and character types, forcing players to adapt.

Endless Dungeon Mode will be available soon on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, via a patch update. For now, the mode is exclusive to Steam.
