Now, the High School League has been introduced through roadshows to five major cities while online registration is open from September 6 to October 2018.

Schools that have registered can send a team to the nearest iCafe to take part in the qualification round at 10 GeForce-Certified iCafes located in 8 cities in Indonesia.

The cities are, Jakarta (Highgrounds, BarracX), Bogor (Redfox), Bandung (Immortal), Solo (Poseidon), Surabaya (Three Kingdoms), Malang (Hardcore), Medan (Noblenation, iCafe Medan), and Makassar ( GIX).

Then, the teams that pass the qualifying round will compete for a total prize of IDR 1.2 billion in the form of scholarships, eSports curriculum, extracurricular subsidies, and equipment support for school eSports labs!

“E-Sports as a sport is no longer underestimated, especially since it became an exhibition sport for the Asian Games a while ago. The high enthusiasm of gamers when participating in the athlete selection and the achievements made proves that the eSports sector is growing rapidly in the Asian region, including in Indonesia,” said Deddie Sionader, 4P & T1 Lead, Lenovo Indonesia.
