Resident Evil 3 Remake Officially Released on PC, PS4 & Xbox One

Not long after launching the Resident Evil 3: Remake (RE3) demo at the end of 2019, Game Developer Capcom finally kept its promise by releasing it on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on Friday (3/4/2020). This game is a remake (re-release) of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, which was released in 1999 on the PS 1 console. Uniquely, although Capcom re-released old games, Capcom did not change the existing technology.

Capcom still maintains photogrammetry technology to obtain close-to-real game display results. It’s just that there are a few additional elements that make Resident Evil 3 remake (RE3) different from the original game, that element is seen in the update on the Nemesis character.

Nemesis Character in RE3

Nemesis character

Capcom’s Senior Manager, Peter Fabio said that in creating the Nemesis character, his party adapted some of the elements possessed by Tyrant from Resident Evil 2. As a result, the Nemesis character was finally awarded a more sinister performance than before by Capcom.

In the creation of the Nemesis character, we adapted some of the elements that Tyrant Zombie had from Resident Evil 2. As a result, Nemesis was endowed with abilities that were more terrifying than before, said Peter

Resident Evil 3 Remake Storyline

Resident Evil 3 (RE3) still carries the same storyline as the original game, featuring missions in which Jill Valentine as the main character tries to escape from Umbrella’s terror pursuit, while trying to save the residents of Raccoon town which has been infested by swarms of Zombies.

Not alone Jill will be accompanied by another character, namely Carlos Oliveira, who appears with a new appearance. Carlos is present as a special team assigned to find information about events in Raccoon City. The two must fight against the ferocity of Nemesis as the main enemy. Which in the end brought together a duel between Jill and Nemesis.

Although Capcom claims to still use the same technology as the original game, players who have tried this game admit that there have been many big changes from the previous series. Such as the ease of finding resources, a better bullet saving process (especially at the beginning of the game), knives that cannot be destroyed, to the ease of getting weapons at the beginning of the game.

In short, the Remake version of Resident Evil 3 (RE3) provides a fresh taste of action with a visualization presentation that spoils the eyes. One more thing, you will be given more opportunities to hunt zombies.
