Provisional Results of 3 Games Contested at Indonesian Esport Games

GridGames.ID – Last September, the Indonesian eSport Games, or IEG, was officially announced through a press conference at The Pallas, Jakarta.
There are 6 games that will be competed at IEG, namely Dota 2, Mobile Legends, CS:GO, PUBG Mobile, Tekken 7 and Point Blank.
Now IEG has started to run the qualifying round for 3 game titles from the 6 game titles being competed, namely the qualification for Point Blank, Dota 2 and CS: GO.

Point Blank
Point Blank game qualification was held on November 7-10 for Open Qualifier 1 and November 11-14 for Open Qualifier 2, this qualification resulted in 4 teams from each Open Qualifier round.
The teams that passed the Open Qualifier 1 were NXL> and BOOM.ID VNG. Then in the Open Qualifier 2 round, the top 2 teams that passed were The Prime and Professional Esports.
The four teams that have passed the Open Qualifier round will advance to the playoffs using a double elimination system, in addition, the teams that receive direct invites are waiting for them to compete in the playoffs.
There are 4 teams that get direct invites. The teams are Capcorn ID320 team, XCNVVVENSKY WG, PG.BarracX and the last one is RRQ.Endeavour.
A total of 8 teams competed in the playoffs on 20-22 December 2018 and will fight for the top spot to advance to the final round in January 2019.
