Many AFK Offenders, VALORANT v2.03 Tightens Violation Penalty System

But unfortunately, it is often seen that some players don’t care about the players around them and do Away-From-Keyboard (AFK) or leave the match.

Now, Riot Games has prepared tougher penalties for those who commit AFK.

In the latest update, Sara Dadafshar and Lea from Valorant’s Social and Player Dynamics team said that in patch v2.04, a series of tougher penalties will be applied to the game.
The following are the penalties given to AFK perpetrators while playing:
- Warning
- XP wipe when doing AFK
- Bypass ranking
- Increase queue restriction
- It is forbidden to enter ranked mode
- Banned Valorant
