Garena Holds Youth National eSports with Kemenpora and Fruit Tea

GridGames.ID – Garena, as one of the largest internet companies in Southeast Asia and beyond, announced the launch of the inaugural match program eSports the first and largest school in Indonesia.

This match is named “Youth National Esports Championship 2019” in collaboration with Fruit Tea Sosro and Sukro supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora).

Garena is committed to continuing to contribute to the increasing technological needs of the community by empowering the younger generation in the field of sports through eSports.

Youth National Esports Championship 2019 itself is a series of programs Garena Goes to School namely the empowerment program eSports positive among Indonesian students.

The tournament will be held in 22 cities, where 600 schools will compete in the game Arena of Valor and Free Fire.

The winners from each school will then continue the competition to the city, regional, and finally to the national level to compete for the Menpora Cup in September.
