Far Cry 6 Delayed, Expected to Release April 2021 or March 2022

GridGames.ID – After yesterday we received news that Cyberpunk 2077 had to be postponed until December 2020, there is one more game that was also affected by the delay.

The game that GridGames is referring to is Far Cry 6.

This was announced directly by Ubisoft yesterday (29/10) local time.

Now, Far Cry 6 is slated for release at an uncertain time after April 2021.

As you can see from Daniel Ahmad’s screenshot below, the release date of Far Cry 6 has been pushed back from its original date of February 18, 2021, to between April 2021 and March 2022.

“Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Quarantine will be released after April 2021 (and before March 2022),” Daniel wrote.

If you don’t know about the latest game from the Ubisoft franchise, Far Cry 6 takes place in South America, in a country led by Anton (Giancarlo Esposito).

Previously, Esposito as the voice of Anton leaked that Far Cry 6 will have more than one ending, and players can choose what will happen to this evil character.
