According to Vincent Wang, this collaboration is part of the PUBG Mobile 1 month promotion. This Mission Impossible: Fallout content has been included in PUBG Mobile starting on August 10, 2018.

In Mission Impossible: Fallout, PUBG Mobile players will experience background music, and a new parachute theme. They will also experience a special prize in the game in the form of an avatar with the theme of the film. The avatar must be redeemed through items themed to the film. The use of this avatar is limited only during this game event. Along with Mission Impossible: Fallout content, new challenges are also provided in Survival, First Person Perspective, and Team Rush modes.
