The Xbox Game Pass subscription service offers more than 100 Xbox games that can be played on the Android platform.

GridGames.ID – Following news of the new Android version of Project xCloud giving a definite release date.

iOS users may have to be more patient to receive this cool service.

The reason is, Microsoft, which has run a small-scale Project xCloud test for iOS, unfortunately has to postpone its service due to regulatory factors.

In a statement to The Verge, a Microsoft spokesperson said, “Project xCloud’s TestFlight period has ended on iOS and we’re focused on bringing cloud games as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to Android customers starting September 15.”

“It is our ambition to scale cloud gaming through Xbox Game Pass, which is available on all platforms.”

Project xCloud for iOS isn’t completely cancelled, but they’ve made sure to put it on hold for a while.

The delay was due to the TestFlight regulatory factor which has strict regulations.
