Nintendo Collaborates With Niantic, Brings Pikmin AR Mobile Game
Nintendo partnered with Niantic to develop the AR Pikmin title.
GridGames.ID – Augmented Reality game lovers will soon receive the latest mobile game.
The latest game that carries the AR genre was developed by a Japanese video game company, Nintendo, in collaboration with Niantic.
The jointly developed game will combine Niantic’s real-world AR technology with Nintendo’s famous game character, Pikmin.

In a tweet provided by Niantic, the title will be based on the Pikmin franchise, with gameplay designed to make walking more enjoyable.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Pikmin franchise, therefore, they are currently developing the AR title.

Pikmin is a real-time strategy and puzzle video game series developed by Shigeru Miyamoto.
The game is set in the setting of leading a colony of plant-like creatures known as Pikmin.
Players will be challenged to collect items by passing through various obstacles, dangers and fighting dangerous fauna for Pikmin characters.
