Swedish programmer and Minecraft creator Markus Persson won a Special Award at the GAME British Academy Video Games Awards at The London Hilton, London.

This game, which has existed since 9 years ago, has received quite a few awards.
The proof is, last May, Minecraft, which has been running for more than 9 years, still won the Favorite Video Game category at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

Markus Persson or better known as Notch, is the man behind the success of Minecraft.
Notch is a Swedish programmer and video game designer.
He is best known for creating the sandbox game Minecraft and founding the video game company Mojang in 2009.
Let’s go deeper guys, Persson or Notch was born in Stockholm, Sweden on June 1, 1979.
Interestingly, he started programming on his home computer using his father’s Commodore 128 at the age of 7 years.
