The latest skin from the Marksman hero is called Rakshesha which was released on January 3, 2020.

You can’t find Rakshesha in the shop because you can get this skin through the Lucky Box Event page in the game.

To get the Epic skin, you have to do gacha with a random number of rounds.

To do gacha on the Lucky Box event page in Mobile Legends, you can do it using diamonds.
