PMPL Lock Roster Getting Closer, BTR RA Looking To Replace S1nyo & Microboy.
The internal condition of Bigetron Red Aliens (BTR RA) is extra busy preparing the team ahead of the PMPL ID Season 3. The roster is not complete and has just lost a coach.
BTR RA’s troubles started with Microboy’s departure a few weeks ago. This means that currently there are only four players in their roster, namely Luxxy, Zuxxy, Ryzen, and Liquid.
Then, the problem got worse when Coach S1nyo decided to resign. It is also suspected that BTR did not expect this to happen, as stated by BTR Starlest during a live session on Nimo TV.
Starlest admits these two problems are making BTR RA difficult. What did he say?

First of all, Starlest emphasized that neither the Microboy nor S1nyo cases were cases of poaching from other teams. Both of them had expired contracts at BTR RA, but they should have been extended.
The departure of S1nyo was very surprising for BTR RA. Previously everything went smoothly, S1nyo also planned team preparations, but suddenly she asked for permission to leave.
“So the case for Microboy and S1nyo is similar, Isfan is the same, but Isfan is done. It’s just the same with S1nyo, that’s the difference, after PMGC we ask: ‘How’s S1nyo?’” said Starlest.
“Kids really like S1nyo. We asked him if he wanted to continue. We can only talk about the contract in February.”
“But before the contract runs out, it feels like there is a gentlemen’s agreement, like it will continue. If you are still in doubt or not, just say so,” he added.

Now BTR RA is busy looking for a fifth player and a new coach. Lock roster is not long, they need to move fast but have to be careful.
The problem is, choosing a player or coach is not an arbitrary decision. It requires the approval of all parties and requires careful consideration. Not only management needs to agree, but the BTR RA players also have to like the new coach and players as well.
“Now we’re in a panic. Soon the roster will close, we are looking for a coach, looking for the fifth player. Our original plans have all gone awry,” continued Starlets.
