This was explained by LetDay Hyper when he said that this Thai YouTuber used a script or hack that Garena could not detect.

One of the moments where LetDay saw Ruok who was shooting at the enemy far behind the Gloo Wall, Ruok’s pointer immediately shifted towards the enemy.
