Tencent Create the newest Studio for PUBG Mobile PMWL! This studio is located in Katowice, Poland.

Tencent and ESL announced in March that this new PUBG Mobile studio was under construction. ESL also said that this studio will be the “offline match house” for PUBG Mobile PMWL 2020.

The studio is supposed to be the location of the American PMPL season which runs until June 28, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this tournament is now being played online.

In a recent interview with Dot Esports, the global director of PUBG Mobile eSports, James Yang, said that when Tencent showed this PUBG studio to top pro players, they immediately loved it. He added that Tencent had tried to demonstrate its ultimate goal of “mobility, accessibility and lifestyle” through this new studio.

This latest studio is also supposed to hold PUBG Mobile PMWL 2020 and it will now be held online due to the coronavirus pandemic, Tencent announced as well. Since there is no regular season, this will be called “season zero” of PMWL 2020
