Many of the Among Us players are not aware of the importance of tasks in the game. There are at least 3 types of tasks in Among Us that you should know. each map has a different task. Although some of them are the same. If examined more deeply, the task in Among Us has a function that can be used as a plan to set strategy.

Short Tasks

The first type of task in Among Us is Short Task. The purpose of the short task here is that you can complete this task in a fairly fast time duration. So you will not run out of time to complete this type of task.

Long Task

Long Task Among us

In contrast to Short Tasks, Long Tasks have a long enough duration to complete a task. Even some of them have to be done twice or more which is usually done in different places.

The existence of this Long Task is quite time-consuming. Apart from having to avoid being chased by the mysterious Impostor, you also have to work hard to complete Long Tasks that have a fairly long completion time. If the number of Short Tasks is quite a lot, this Long Task is not too many in number.

It’s just that, it takes enough time to complete one task. The following is a list of Long Tasks and their locations in each map. As with Short Tasks, there are several different Long Tasks in each folder.

Common Tasks

Common Task Among us

If the Short Task and Long Task are aimed at the personal of each Crewmate, this type of Task is given to the players. No exception for players who act as Impostors. In general, each Crewmates have different tasks from one another.

If all Crewmates successfully complete all their tasks, then the green bar on the top left will be full of green color. This is a sign that Crewmates have completed all the tasks used. All Crewmates players, will have one or two of the same task in each map. This same task is called the Common Task. The following is a list and location of Common Tasks contained in each folder in Among Us.

Usually, tasks are carried out by players who act as crewmates. But there are also types of tasks that apply to both. Tasks in the Among Us game can be seen on the top left under the green bar.

If you are in the role of Crewmates and have completed one of the assigned tasks, the green bar above the task list will increase. If a player tries to complete a task but the green bar doesn’t increase, it’s most likely an Impostor.
