Withdraw from Capcom, Yoshinoro Ono Now COO Studio Delightworks

GridGames.ID – The producer of the legendary fighting game Street Fighter, Yoshinori Ono, has finally joined another game studio as president and COO.

After nearly 30 years of work, Ono finally decided to leave Capcom in 2020.

Reporting from IGN, he has now been appointed president and COO for studio Delightworks.

Delightworks itself is the publisher of a fighting game titled Melty Blood: Type Lumina and the most famous is the RPG title Fate / Grand Order.

The title has managed to collect 32 million players in February 2020.

Ono announced via his Twitter that he would be joining the company on May 1.

He added that he might be absent from the fighting game community for a while.
