MacOS Big Sur 11.4 Will Support PS5 Gaming GPU, Really?

GridGames.ID – Recently, Apple mentioned that macOS Big Sur 11.4 will be compatible with several series of Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) gaming.
This was stated directly by Apple during the first beta test launch of macOS Big Sur 11.4 on April 21, 2021 ago.
For those who don’t know, macOS Big Sur is the operating system (OS) of Apple’s laptop device, the Mac.

Later, when it was released, Apple said that macOS Big Sur 11.4 will have support for several gaming series from the AMD Navi RDNA2 GPU.
Some of them are AMD Radeon 6800 RX, AMD Radeon 6800 XT, and AMD Radeon 6900 XT.
The names of the AMD GPU series themselves are already widely used for gaming-based devices or game consoles such as the PlayStation 5 (PS5) and Xbox Series X.

Furthermore, Apple explained that the compatibility of some of these gaming GPUs will be enjoyed by users of Mac devices based on Intel’s chipsets.
