Indonesia vs Thailand Becomes the Opening League at the 2020 AOV International Championship

GridGames.ID – The 2020 Arena of Valor International Championship (AIC) Group Stage Shuffle was held in Vietnam on 8 November.
The 12 best teams from 6 regions, namely China, Indonesia, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam will be divided into 2 groups.
DG Esports, which is the representative team for Indonesia, is in Group A along with Buriram United Esports (Thailand), POPS Bacon Time (Thailand), BOX Gaming (Vietnam), Hong Kong Attitude (China Taipei), Team All Combo (China).
Meanwhile in Group B there are Saigon Phantom (Vietnam), Team Timing (Korea), Talon Esports (Thailand), MAD Team (China Taipei), Flash Wolves (China Taipei), Team Flash (Vietnam).

The AIC 2020 Group Stage itself will take place on 19 – 29 November 2020 with a total of 30 matches using the Bo3 format.
Teams will earn one point for each match won, and the top 4 teams from each group to advance to the round of 8.
This tournament will use the “Global Ban Pick” mode (Global BP) to increase the diversity of hero selection.

With the enactment of this rule, the same hero cannot be played by a team more than once in a match.
Heroes used by the team in the previous game are automatically banned for the rest of their game in the match.

However, for the Bo7 format match, the Global BP rules will be reset for the seventh game.
